, the son of the late great Reggae icon Winston Hubert McIntosh a.k.a. Peter Tosh, was born in Kingston, Jamaica. At the tender age of five he moved to the states; into what would be his life long home in Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of seven, the time of his father’s untimely death is when young Tosh first picked up a pen and began to write. Haunted by the murder of his father and continuously perplexed by the unanswered questions surrounding this tragic event, young Tosh desperately sought an outlet in which to discharge his frustration.

Formed in 1999 by 4-time grammy nominated ex-black Uhuru drummer "Rangotan" and six time steel pan champion "Sista", Dis-N-Dat Band has been blazing a trail of vybes wherever they play...from Vermont to Florida...and every where in between....the band has backed international artists, Tturbulence, Everton Blender, Pato Banton, Yami Bolo, Lady Saw, Sasha,and many more....the band has toured several times with UK reggae superstar Pato Panton...in an interview Pato said he was blown away by the band!...the band fuses foundation roots with a new R&B style calling it neo-reggae....

Ardie "Cuban Cohiba" Wallace

ardie_cuban_400Musically a “late bloomer” by industry standards, the Montego Bay in St. James parish of Jamaica-born “Cuban” waited until he was in his high school band before he found his true love was music. 

But right after high school, he met reggae icon Toots and the Maytals and was hypnotized by the way they played. He soon met another reggae immortal, Peter Tosh, who would become his best friend and mentor. Tosh not only taught Cuban how to hold a note and how to harmonize with it, but also how to promote a show and the “business of the business.”

Using acoustic guitars, bass, ukulele, cajon (box drum) and other percussion, along with vocal harmonies and the dynamic/soulful voice of front man Fabian Guzman, this three piece band can cover enough musical ground to satisfy just about any crowd.
